一、承擔工作任務
本年度我承擔六年級數學學科的教學工作,并擔任六年級副班主任。
二、本年度提升目標
1.師德方面。
(1).繼續認真學習,《教師職業道德規范》,具備良好的師德,形成高尚的人格有一顆進取的心。
(2).認真學習閱覽理論書籍,尋找理論基礎,取長補短,吸取先進的教學經驗。樹立終身學習的理念。
(3).認真學習領會新課標,掌握數學學科的特點,認真鉆研教材,研究教法,使自己教的最優化落實到學生學的最優化,形成自己的教學風格。
(4).尊重學生、賞識學生,建立師生之間平等、互助的和諧氛圍。
2.專業崗位方面。
(1).注重學習,加強反思意識:現在的學生獲取知識與信息的途徑空前的廣闊,知識更新的速度無比地迅捷,教師如不重視學習,不注重涉取新的知識是無法滿足學生日益增長的知識需要的。同時,教師要不斷的對自己的教育行為進行有效的回顧、診斷、自我監控和自我調適,提高反思能力,從而獲得教師工作的尊嚴和生命力。
(2)工作中加強科研意識:教師不僅要學會分析、鉆研、思考,更要學會探討、總結和研究,針對自己所從事的數學教學實踐,總結出一套符合新時期教育實際的經驗。
四、具體實施方案
1、樹立終身學習的觀念。通過學習提升師德修養,豐富知識結構,增強理論底蘊。
2、認真備課,不但備學生而且備教材備教法,根據教材內容及學生的實際,設計課的類型,認真寫好教案,每一課都做到“有備而來”,每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備,并制作各種利于吸引學生注意力的課件。
3、增強上課技能,提高教學質量,使講解清晰化,準確化,情感化,生動化,做到線索清晰,層次分明,言簡意賅,深入淺出。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性,加強師生交流,充分體現學生的主體作用,讓學生學得容易,學得輕松,學得愉快;在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學生學習需求和學習能力,讓各個層次的學生都得到提高。
4、緊密與組內教師團結協作,牢固樹立服務意識,爭取成為領導信任,同事歡迎的教師。對待學生有愛心:只有真心實意地熱愛、關心和尊重每一個學生,設身處地為學生著想,用愛心感化、教育學生,才能得到學生的信任,工作中得到學生的支持和配合。
5、重視課堂教學模式的探索和教學經驗的積累,學會做一名“善于反思、勤于積累”的老師。對自己的教學活動及時進行反思,積累經驗,提高自己的管理能力,把學生的做人教育放在首位,樹立為學生一生負責的理念,培養人、塑造人,形成自己獨有的工作風格。
6、樂于動筆,提高教育科研水平。做好教學反思,把課堂中最精彩及最難忘的片段及時地記錄下來,積累專題研究的第一手資料
